Mr. Chris Ellis, who is regarded as the founder of flywheel KERS, famous British power train expert and Formula 1 critic, is the chief technology instructor of HAIKE. The headquarter of HAIKE locates at the building of Changzhou Clean Energy Vehicles Research Academy in Zhonglou District, Changzhou. The academy has brought together a number of innovative enterprises in clean energy vehicle industry, covering the sub-industries such as power train, automotive electronics, power battery, electric motor, and related testing. A R&D base and industry cluster focused on core technologies of clean energy vehicles is gradually taking shape.
